Drue Powers
President

Drue is a 1st semester Senior from Arlington, Texas. He is a Business Fellow majoring in finance  and economics, and also minoring in Chinese language and legal reasoning and analysis. Drue is excited to serve as a facilitator for students interested in consulting to become trained, connected, and empowered for entering a career in the industry. Drue loves to cook, skydive, and study at coffee shops. Feel free to always reach out to him with any questions.

Matthew Jensen
Director Of Casing

Matthew is a junior Business Fellows from Seattle, Washington, also pursuing majors in Finance, Economics, MIS, and Statistics, along with minors in Political Science and Biology and a certificate in Business Analytics. After spending the past year as Internal Vice President, Matthew is excited to lean into training Baylor's next generation of consultants as the new Director of Casing. Outside of consulting, Matthew will enthusiastically welcome any conversation about coffee or travel.

Izzy is a junior finance major pursuing a business analytics certificate. She’s looking forward to helping members achieve their professional goals. Izzy loves weightlifting, cycling, and helping content creators optimize their social media strategy potential.

Rawson Duplantis
Director Of Recruitment

Ryan is a Junior Finance & Accounting Double Major from Katy, Texas. Ryan was originally born in Daegu, South Korea – immigrating to the States at the age of four. Ryan has professional experience in Commercial Banking as a former Credit Analyst Intern and is currently in a part-time teaching position as an Supplemental Instructor for Financial Accounting. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys watching/rooting for the Baltimore Ravens, spending quality time with his friends, and cooking.

Rawson is a Sophomore Finance, Management Information Systems, and French major. Originally from The Woodlands, Texas, he's made a place for himself on campus, serving as the President and Treasurer of Tau Kappa Epsilon along with holding membership with the Baylor Finance Society and serving as a peer-leader for Baylor's first-gen scholarship program. Rawson spends his free-time bouldering, learning how to code, and reading French literature.
